An alleged "text scam king" in the country who managed to gather 100 million worth of airtime load from Pasaload scam arrested.
He was identified as Roan Sia AKA Mark Tan.
Modus operandi of an alleged suspect is to send random text messages to his victims locally and internationally to get a load.
Reports said that 100 Million worth of airtime credits from 50 phones of the suspect were checked.
Another messenger was also intercepted carrying dozens of WiFi and modem. Tan was said also a "hacker" who knows how to configure these modems for it connect to telco's network without paying monthly fees.
